HOW IT ALL WORKS

The step by step process.

Through many years of experience in the investment property market, we have analysed and refined every aspect, every detail, of the property investor’s needs and desires. We have then put it all together into an easy, all-encompassing, process. There’s no rush and no pressure and you are always kept up to date.

STEP TWO

Research

After establishing the foundations and getting a good understanding of what may be the right direction for you, we begin researching property statistics and suitable properties. The acquisitons team partner up with our property consultants to analyse market data and determine which areas are the next hotspots and which ones have historically high yield or growth. We use industry knowledge to determine which areas have the infrastructure you need and the amenities your tenants would want. Accrue is offered thousands of properties every year, but we only hand pick the best, the ones that meet the business’ criteria. We then shortlist these areas and properties to present you with potential opportunities.

Review

Property investment is dynamic and continually evolving. The key to a successful property investment journey is keeping your finger on the pulse through continual review and assessment. We review, analyse and report back to you about your investment performance. Our third-party financial affiliates review your financial situation relative to the market.
