At our first office consultation, the reason we decided to sign a membership with Accrue was because we felt the need to do something to look after our retirement.
We felt no pressure by Accrue and were advised that we were not obliged to acquire any property shown. This way, we were able to choose the property we wanted. To date, we have been satisfied with its performance, in fact we have definitely been happy as everything just keeps rolling in.
We have found value in our Accrue membership as without it, this wouldn’t have happened at all. We have above all found value in the level of guidance and organisation Accrue has shown us.
Our investment property rented straight away and we have had positive experiences with not only Accrue but our referred property manager also.
